Robin C. Fried is a seasoned transactional lawyer with experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, primarily in the New York metropolitan area, including commercial and residential acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, and construction and development.
Robin represents clients in the purchase, sale and financing of multi-family and mixed-use properties, as well as individuals in the purchase and sale of single-family homes and condominium and cooperative apartments.
Robin also counsels landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, including the negotiation of commercial office, retail and shopping center leases, subleases, brokerage agreements, termination agreements and other ancillary documents.
In addition, Robin has represented tenants in contract negotiations with architects, engineers, general contractors, construction managers, project managers and vendors in connection with build-outs for various types of properties.
Robin received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn College, where she was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Property Law, and her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College. She is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.
Robin resides in Westchester County with her husband Steven and their three children. She enjoys reading, cooking and entertaining, and tennis.
